You can shop from our online store without creating an account and can place an order with guest checkout. However, creating an account will make your shopping process easier.

You can edit or add a new shipping address by logging in to your account. Please sign in and click on ‘My Account.’ You will be able to edit/update your details in your account and save them for future orders. In case your order is confirmed and you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately. The requested change will be carried out in case the order is not processed.

You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” on the Account section. Enter your Email Address to receive a password reset link. Sign In using your new password.

Sign in to your account and open the “Dashboard” on your account page to view your order history.

Following are the steps to place an order successfully:
  • When browsing through our web, you can enter the quantity in the tab provided next to the product you wish to buy and click ‘add to cart’. You can add as many items as you wish to buy.
  • Click on the “Shopping Bag” icon and proceed to Checkout.
  • Enter all your required contact, shipping and billing information.
  • Click on ‘’Continue to Payment” and select your preferred payment method.
  • Click on ‘Complete Order’ and check your email for an order confirmation Email.
If you have signed in to your RJ Studioo account, we will have your shipping and billing information stored. You will have the option to edit or add additional shipping and billing details.

You will be provided with a tracking ID in order to keep a track of your order. Domestic orders normally take 4-5 days to arrive.

No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.

  • Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed. 
  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and along with your order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable to your order. 
  • RJ Studioo holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

If you haven’t received a sales invoice via email within an hour it means your order hasn’t been successfully placed.

“Add to wishlist” means you like the product and may consider buying it sometime later but not right now; whereas, when you add a product to the cart, it means that you are serious about buying the product and that you are just a few steps away from making the payment.

The order will only be processed once the payment has been received in our account. If you’re unable to make the online payment, please contact our customer service.

If you choose Cash on Delivery as a payment method on the checkout page, it means you’ll be asked for the required amount in cash at the time of the delivery and will be provided with a receipt along with your purchase.

No, you need to pay the full amount in cash once your order is delivered to you. For COD orders of a large amount, our Customer Care team may contact you for verification before your order is dispatched.

Enter the coupon code into the ‘Discount Code or Gift Card” field at checkout to apply it to your order. Coupons can be issued for a particular amount or a discount percentage. If your order amount (including shipping charges) exceeds the coupon amount, the additional amount can be paid through COD or Credit Card. Please read the terms & conditions for the coupon code carefully. There may be an order amount limit and validity depending on the type of coupon issued. Certain products / categories may be restricted with a particular type of coupon. Coupon codes can only be redeemed online using the same email ID upon which the coupon has been issued.

A promo code is a special code you can enter at checkout to receive a discount on your order. Discounts may be a percentage off, a fixed amount off, or a free shipping offer.

  • Add your favorite items to the shopping cart.
  • Go to the Checkout page.
  • Enter the promo code in the “Promo Code” or “Discount Code” box.
  • Click Apply – your discount will be displayed immediately.
  • Local order delivery can take between 5 – 7 working days
  • During SALE the delivery time is up to 15 working days

Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of items and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source to process the order. Note: For a smoother delivery process, you may receive multiple packages for one order.

RJ Studioo offers free shipping nationwide for orders worth Rs. 5,000 and above. A shipping cost of Rs. 249 will be charged for any order value under Rs. 5,000.

For all orders, shipping charges are mentioned separately on the checkout page. The total order amount charged will include shipping charges.

Once your order is dispatched, a Tracking ID will be sent to you via Email. You can log on to the courier partner’s website, enter your tracking ID and view the status of your order. Alternatively, you can also enter your ID on the Track Your Order section on RJ Studioo’s website.

Our courier partners make at least two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address given while placing an order is accurate. On the second failed attempt, the item(s) will be returned to us.

Note: Please do not accept the parcel if it’s already opened or tempered in any way.
